B2UTY ZOU strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and   superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of   shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  You must contact us at Service@humanxm.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not   process your refund or exchange request without early notification.
  Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:


1. Order Cancelation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within   24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at service@humanxm.com   immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For   orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we   will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not   accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.


2. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or   color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the   correct one in your next order shipment.
  Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.


3. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality   Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your   initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to us. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from   other country in China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs   tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found   to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
